Since 2008, United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) has been changing how young professionals engage with community and philanthropy by prioritizing leadership and relationship building. Inspiring the next generation of philanthropic and civic-minded leaders has never been more critical. Our diverse group of individuals under 40 are redefining what it means to be a young professional in El Paso by enhancing their leadership journey through networking events, exclusive speaker series, summits, and accreditation opportunities.
